Meet the farmers

Hi! We're Dan and Emily! We started our homestead farming journey back in 2013 with honey bees, living in a larger town with less land. We decided to make the jump to a larger farm in a smaller town in 2016 and moved to Northern Michigan in 2020!
We now have bees, chickens, sheep, cats, a goat, a llama (Rupert!), and even our dobermans have turned into farm dogs!
Dan is a IT professional and Emily is a graphic designer/sign maker and circus performer (yep, you read that right!). We make a very odd farm couple, but it brings us so much joy.
